payment of conference fee is required when registering.
There are no discounts given for partial attendance of the conference.

Invite your friends to attend the conference with you. If you submit 7 or more ladies’
registrations with yours, you attend free! (The ladies must attend
the conference.)
Full refunds are given for those who cancel reservations by October 24. After that time, a $25
cancellation fee will be subtracted from the refund.
